Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.

Our hosting service creates ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate data helps maintain the service and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
This site links to government portals, county and state records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and data you submit there is governed by their rules, not ours. This is especially true of the sponsored search results on this site, which are provided by a third-party company.

Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Data Security
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Since the service has no user accounts, it stores no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act creates rights and duties for people and covered businesses, with principal requirements taking effect in 2025. Those rights are separate from the Maryland Public Information Act and do not erase records government must keep. Because we hold little data, a request normally involves checking contact mail and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Records held by Baltimore County or Maryland agencies remain outside our control, so correction, sealing, or redaction requests must go to the proper custodian.
